Every Reback tyre also benefits from our specialised preparation, priming and bonding process. Rather than relying on standard
contact adhesive or CA glue, our bonding process uses a high-performance flexible adhesive with a 24-hour cure time, combined with
careful surface preparation and priming.

The high elongation allows the bond to remain flexible as the foam and rim are subjected to repeated deformation, centrifugal forces and

RECOMMENDED FOAM & RIM MAINTENANCE
Proper cleaning and maintenance will help maintain foam performance and extend the service life of your Reback tyres.
General Cleaning - All Foam Options
Warm water is suitable for general cleaning of both rims and foams. For syrup-style preps, we recommend a spray bottle containing 50%
Simple Green / 50% water. Spray the tyre, allow it to sit for approximately 2-5 minutes, then gently work the surface with a scouring pad to
remove prep and debris. Wipe and dry thoroughly using a clean, lint-free cloth.
Important - Do Not Submerge
We do not recommend submerging or soaking assembled rims and foams in water or cleaning solutions. This is particularly important with our
2-Stage Dual Core options.
Chemical / Korford-Style Prep Cleaning
When using Korford-style or other chemical preps, a light spray of naphtha/Shellite or white spirits can be used to help remove debris and
residual chemical prep. Apply only enough to clean the foam, then wipe and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
CAUTION: Do not allow naphtha/Shellite or white spirits to soak into the foam for longer than 5 minutes. Prolonged or repeated soaking
in solvents may gradually degrade the foam and reduce its service life.
After Cleaning
Ensure tyres are thoroughly wiped and allowed to dry before applying further prep or returning them to storage.
